Those of you who joined us last year will know just how effectively John weaves the healing vibrations of the bowls, gongs, and percussion to create a richly textured sonic soundscape which leaves participants refreshed and rejuvenated.

A beautiful opportunity to come and connect and discover some simple tools to help you rediscover the balance of mind, body, and soul…

You’ve been last on your own list for so long you’ve forgotten you’re even on it. And before you say “I’m fine”, reality called: it wants a word.

Here’s the science bit: chronic stress, people-pleasing and never-switching-off isn’t a personality trait, it’s your threat response doing its job. But at great personal cost to your face, your jaw, your sleep, your sanity and your ability to feel anything other than tired and slightly ragey.

The good news? Your nervous system is clever, which means it can learn new tricks. And we’re going to teach it some.

What if you gave yourself a whole day to make it up to yourself?

Here’s your day:
Morning: Mind and heart first We start gently, but with purpose. Practical, grounding techniques to help you feel calmer, clearer and more like yourself. The kind of inner work you take home and start using every day, the kind that makes everything else easier. Think of it as clearing the table before the feast.

Midday: Lunch and hand massages! Good food, good company, and someone massaging your hands. The hands do so much , and they get neglected, doing everything without a word of thanks. Today they get some love too.

Afternoon: Fascial Energy Release Workshop Ever noticed how much tension you carry in your face and jaw? The headaches that have no business interfering in your day? This self-guided workshop teaches you how to release it, gently, firmly, slow, fast – all effectively, and with immediate results – and done 2 or 3 times a week, changes how your days start and end.. Your face will thank you. So will your neck. And your tingling toes.

Then choose your treat. A booked one-to-one back, shoulder & neck massage, or an organic facial using some of the most gorgeous clean skincare around. While you wait your turn, there’s tea, journaling and the kind of quiet that actually feels restful. Peace, gentle music, trees.

Closing Circle: We end together, gently. A chance to reflect, let things out, and leave with your shoulders down, rather than braced for impact – back into real life with real tools to keep you going til the next time.

Tai Chi with Keith Mac – Mondays at 3.15pm

Well, we’ve been wanting to bring Tai Chi back to the studio for a while, so we were really pleased to find the wonderful Keith MacFarlane. What we weren’t expecting was that the class would fill up within two days!

So, due to popular demand, Keith is now running another class from 3.15pm.

Keith brings with him many years of experience and has trained in several different Tai Chi styles, so if you’re looking to improve flexibility, strength, and coordination, or you simply want to learn a daily practice that can help de-stress the body and mind, get in touch to book your place as we’re sure they’ll go fast!

There are still spaces in Velvet’s Monday Motivation Yoga classes and her Sunday Savasana sessions. Both run from 10.30 – 11.30 and are open to all.

If morning’s aren’t your thing (or even if they are), you can also join her new Tuesday Chill sessions from 8.15pm for a gentle dive into conscious breathwork.

We’re delighted to announce that we will soon be welcoming a new teacher to the Wellbeing at Roundhill team. Velvet will be joining us from September and will be offering Yoga, Breathwork and Mindfulness sessions. We’re still finalising the details but watch this space to find out when her classes will be starting…

“Hi, I’m Velvet and I am a trained breathwork practitioner and crystal healer, and a qualified yoga instructor. I am fortunate enough to be at the beginning of my teaching journey and have been teaching since June 2024, after over 15 years of yogic practice.

I strive for a non competitive environment where everyone can connect and enjoy themselves.
I hold classes for anyone and everyone who needs to relax, unwind, and a little bit of mindful flow.
