Well, we’ve been wanting to bring Tai Chi back to the studio for a while, so we were really pleased to find the wonderful Keith MacFarlane. What we weren’t expecting was that the class would fill up within two days!
So, due to popular demand, Keith is now running another class from 3.15pm.
Keith brings with him many years of experience and has trained in several different Tai Chi styles, so if you’re looking to improve flexibility, strength, and coordination, or you simply want to learn a daily practice that can help de-stress the body and mind, get in touch to book your place as we’re sure they’ll go fast!
