Tai Chi with Keith Mac – Mondays at 3.15pm

Well, we’ve been wanting to bring Tai Chi back to the studio for a while, so we were really pleased to find the wonderful Keith MacFarlane. What we weren’t expecting was that the class would fill up within two days!

So, due to popular demand, Keith is now running another class from 3.15pm.

Keith brings with him many years of experience and has trained in several different Tai Chi styles, so if you’re looking to improve flexibility, strength, and coordination, or you simply want to learn a daily practice that can help de-stress the body and mind, get in touch to book your place as we’re sure they’ll go fast!

Thursday evening Pilates with Kayleigh

There’s no mistaking it, Spring is definitely springing into action and, with the evenings getting lighter and the resurgence of energy literally coming up through the ground, it’s a great time to improve our movement and mobility.

Kayleigh’s Thursday evening classes are a great place to start on your Pilates journey, but also challenging enough if you simply want to build on your current level of fitness.

There are 3 weeks left in her current term so it’s a brilliant time to give it a try before committing to a longer block in April.

These friendly, inclusive sessions run from 6-7pm on Thursday in the studio.
