New Year – Fresh Start!

OK, so the ‘new year, new you’ schtick has, by and large, become its own cliché but, there’s no doubt, the beginning of the year is actually a great time to commit to a new practice, both psychologically and physically. The new calendar year (or the shift at the winter Solstice, if you’re that way inclined) represents a time for new beginnings, for making new commitments, and what better commitment to make than that of improving our own wellbeing?

Here at Wellbeing at Roundhill we are committed to bringing together a great team of teachers and therapists to support you on that journey to wellbeing in mind, body and soul.

So, whether you’re looking to improve your core strength and coordination, reduce stress, deepen your emotional resilience or to get on top of a long term condition, we can guide you to one of our classes or therapies which can help you achieve your goals in 2026.

Give us a call on 07896 905305, email office@roundhillwellbeing.com or fill in the contact form here and we’ll get you started.

New Teacher! New Classes!

We’re delighted to announce that we will soon be welcoming a new teacher to the Wellbeing at Roundhill team. Velvet will be joining us from September and will be offering Yoga, Breathwork and Mindfulness sessions. We’re still finalising the details but watch this space to find out when her classes will be starting…

“Hi, I’m Velvet and I am a trained breathwork practitioner and crystal healer, and a qualified yoga instructor. I am fortunate enough to be at the beginning of my teaching journey and have been teaching since June 2024, after over 15 years of yogic practice.

I strive for a non competitive environment where everyone can connect and enjoy themselves.
I hold classes for anyone and everyone who needs to relax, unwind, and a little bit of mindful flow.
I look forward to flowing with you.”
