After a few months teaching in Ringwood, Mila’s Biodanza class returns to the Wellbeing at Roundhill studio.
This week promises to be a deeply nurturing class where we can let go of the busyness of the head and really arrive back in the body, exploring the subtle nuances of movement and connection.
No previous Biodanza experience needed, just an open heart and mind.
There are still spaces available in Hui Lai’s Thursday Tai Chi classes which start at 1pm. These classes run in 4 or 5 week blocks and cost just £10 per class.
Having begun his Tai Chi journey at the age of 6 in Beijing, Hui Lai brings with him nearly 6 decades of experience and demonstrates the many benefits of this amazing practice.
He recently shared the following testimonial…
A friend who was learning and practicing Tai Chi Zi Xing Gong with me was very happy to tell me that he was suffering from high cholesterol and high blood sugar. He recently went to the GP for a physical check-up, and his high cholesterol and high blood sugar returned to normal levels. He also said that he would introduce this exercise to his friends.
